Let’s TalkTHERAPY BY VIDEO
The conversation comes to your screen.
Mindful Driven Life is a telehealth practice. Sessions take place by video, so there is no in-person office to travel to.
I work with adults in Texas and Colorado. We will discuss your location and the practical arrangements before scheduling, including any questions about travel or a change in where you will be attending.
Online sessions can include the same personal questions that bring you to therapy: transitions, inherited beliefs, grief, relationships, and the meaning of athletic life.

BEFORE THE FIRST SESSION
Talk through the practical details.
A free 15-minute consultation gives us a chance to discuss what you are seeking and whether my practice fits. We can also review rates, scheduling, and the video-session arrangements.
You can ask about the technology, where to find the session link, and what to do if a connection is interrupted. Those details should be clear before your appointment.
Choose a place where you can speak privately. If you have questions about privacy or whether video therapy fits your situation, bring them to the consultation.
