BEFORE WE TALK
A starting point
for your questions.
You may be wondering about the focus of therapy, video sessions, or the practical details of getting started.
A free 15-minute consultation is a chance to ask about working together and discuss whether the practice fits your needs.

FIT AND FOCUS
What are you looking for?

What do you focus on?
My work centers on transitions and inherited beliefs. This can include questions about faith, identity, grief, relationships, and the meaning or mindset connected with athletic life.
What are inherited beliefs?
These are ideas and expectations you learned from family, community, religion, and other influences. We can explore which still reflect your values and which feel limiting now.
What does deconstruction mean?
It is a word people use for examining beliefs they inherited. You might ask where an idea came from, how it affects your choices, and whether it fits the adult you are today.
Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on?
No. The consultation is a chance to discuss what has brought you here, even if the questions are still taking shape.
Do you offer coaching?
No. The services described here are therapy with a licensed clinical social worker.

Can I meet in person?
