INSURANCE QUESTIONS
Private pay and out-of-network paperwork.
The services presented here focus on private-pay care. Confirm current rates and payment arrangements during your consultation. A superbill can be provided for you to submit to your insurance company if you choose.
A superbill is not a promise that an insurer will reimburse you. Your plan determines whether out-of-network benefits apply and what documentation it requires.
Contact your insurer directly about your benefits, deductible, and submission process before making a financial decision based on reimbursement.
THE FIRST CONVERSATION
Ask about the details that affect your decision.
Tell me what you are looking for in therapy. We can discuss whether my focus on transitions, inherited beliefs, grief, relationships, and athletic mindset fits your concerns.
We can also clarify the individual rate, session arrangements, and the current cancellation policy before you book.
Services are by video for adults in Texas and Colorado. Group offerings are in development; enrollment dates and prices are not announced here.
